Kurs: Wing Chun Kyun Set 01

Students learned the set of the hand form, including the opening, with step by step explanation, related san sik exercises, tool exercises, partner exercises, sensitivity drills and they received information how to apply in sparring. Learners were tested for correct execution of the hand form and the understanding and implementation of a related partner exercise and passed the tests.

    • "Aufgabe - PE - Touching the Shoulder Both Hands"
    • "Aufgabe - PE - Touching the Shoulder One Hand"
    • "Aufgabe - SD - Step and Push"
    • "Aufgabe - PE - Press and Push"
    • "Aufgabe - SD - Press Push and Raise"
    • "Aufgabe - SD - Press and Change Outside"
    • "Aufgabe - PE - Slap Face"
    • "Aufgabe - Tips for Sparring"
